8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.,
Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The clinic is closed on weekends and
holidays, however physicians are available to meet the needs of hospitalized
patients and the emergency needs of outpatients. Nurses are available for
medical consultation from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

If you have a question
leave a number and message for your physician's nurse. For prescription refills,
call your pharmacy and ask them to call our prescription refill line. For
appointments, ask for the appointment desk. For insurance or billing issues, ask
for the business office. For other issues, please ask to speak with the
operator.

After hours and weekend services
are designed for medical emergencies only. If you have a life-threatening
emergency, call 911. A physician is always available to help with urgent health
issues by dialing 704-355-5100. Calls regarding prescription refills, insurance
issues or other should be made during regular business hours.
